Riddhi Gala
A qualified French tutor by profession, Riddhi later went on to complete her chocolate training from the Singapore Chocolate Academy. (That’s some career change,eh?!) Riddhi is the brainchild of all the super delicious recipes you find on this page. Innovating and experimenting is her forte and she is the lady boss in every sense of the word.
Maulik Gala
Being born in a family of food businesses, Maulik has always been a passionate foodie. He completed his Masters in Business Administration from NMIMS University, Mumbai and finally took the leap of faith by starting Binge Bites in 2017, along with his wife Riddhi. On most occasions you’d find him either thinking about chocolate or eating one 😉
